The first step in making a personalized order is to view all of your options in the "Customize Your Order" tab. Here you will be able to choose the design style as well as colors, fonts, etc. for your order. Some of these options are required and others are optional (such as adding rounded corners).

Once you've configured your order, click "Add to Cart". Review the contents and make any necessary changes before proceeding with the checkout process.

Someone from Rifle Paper Co. will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days once you've completed your order. We will review the order with you, let you know if we need any more information, and answer any questions. We can also discuss any customizations that you would like to make that aren't options on the website. Whatever your needs are, we will do our best to accommodate.

Next, a final proof will be e-mailed to you for approval. Once you have signed off on your proof we will send the order to print. Note, once you have signed off on your proof we cannot make any changes or revisions and will not be responsible for any errors.. The order will be shipped out to you as soon as your printing is complete.

Personalized orders typically take about 2-3 weeks to process and ship. If your order is time sensitive please contact us before placing your order.
