Seasonal Fulfillment Associate

Maitland, Florida


We are looking for Seasonal Fulfillment Associates to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate and efficient operation of shipments from Rifle Paper Co. while working alongside our Web and Wholesale teams. Our Holiday 2019 Seasonal Period runs from August 19 - December 20.   Working hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Perform a variety of fulfillment duties such as pulling customer orders, packing/assembling orders, labeling boxes
  • Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications
  • Check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, such as matching shipping label with invoice number
  • Process packing sheets and other documents
  • Ensure warehouse space and amenities are kept clean and tidy
  • Occasional supply audits
Skills & Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Familiarity with ShipStation software a plus, but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time with ability to move nimbly in tight spaces
