Seasonal Warehousing Associate

Overview

The Seasonal Warehousing Associate role is responsible for the efficient and effective flow of product from the warehouse storage to the floor. This position is accountable for delivering on all aspects of warehouse standard operating procedures and achieving the standards for assembly/shipment processing, replenishment, and organization. This role would interact directly with the Warehousing Manager. Our holiday seasonal period will run from August 22 - December 19. Working hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Responsibilities
  • Pick-up materials from vendors as needed
  • Drive 14’ Box Truck for delivery/pick-ups
  • Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications
  • Check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, such as matching shipping label with invoice number
  • Notes and reports discrepancies and obvious damages
  • Routes materials to prescribed storage locations
  • Stores, stacks or palatalizes materials in accordance with current storage methods
  • Rearranges and takes inventory of stored materials
  • Assists with audits
  • Organization of Studio and Warehouse spaces
Skills & Requirements
  • Inventory experience a plus
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time with ability to move nimbly in tight spaces
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working quickly and efficiently within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with your hands assembling small components
