Like most of my other RPC reviews, this is a belated one. Bought the pen back in October (together with the Marguerite Stitched Notebook Set) as a gift for an employee who collects stationary. This particular version of the pen is absolutely stunning. It's just as colourful and vibrant as the pictures on the website show it to be.
Suffice it to say, she loved it!

I was immediately drawn to the feminine and elegant design of this pen, so I bought it at Barnes and Noble. Eager to try it out, I enthusiastically uncapped it and tried to attach it to the back of the pen, only to find it more difficult than I expected. After a few twisting movements, I finally managed to secure the cap at the back of the pen. When I started writing on paper, I was pleasantly surprised by the pen's feel and appearance. But when I tried to close the pen, the cap wouldn't stay in place. It turned out that I accidentally pushed a piece of plastic inside the cap when I attached it to the back of the pen, which left me with a frustrating situation and a new pen with a loose cap. I'm really disappointed with this unexpected outcome.

Everything about this pen is wonderful. The pattern is eye-catching and summery. The metal casing gives it a weight that steadies the hand when writing. The refillable ink cartridge ensures that this pen will last forever. And as for the ink itself- it’s very fine and writes in swooping thin lines. Both my cursive and print look better!
