On or about January 6, 2025, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
One (1) winner will be given one (1) $1000 gift card to be redeemed only at riflepaperco.com. Total value of all prizes is $1000. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by email on or about January 6, 2025. If the potential winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his or her place at random from the remaining eligible entries. The potential winner will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a declaration of compliance (“Declaration of Compliance”) within one (1) day of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the Prize. In the event (a) a potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the information provided by potential winner in its entry form or the winner notification is returned as undeliverable; (b) a potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the Prize for any reason; (c) a potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the Prize; (d) a potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules; or (e) a potential winner fails to submit or fulfill the obligations of the Declaration of Compliance, then the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and Sponsor will award the Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which the Prize will remain un-awarded. The Prize will be fulfilled within six weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
Neither Sponsor, nor their respective parent companies, owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, directors or members shall have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, including but not limited to, inactive email accounts or an entrant's failure to monitor its email account; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of the winner to accept the Prize for any reason; (f) if the Prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of the Prize or resulting from participating in this promotion or any promotion or Prize-related activities. We’re unable to change the shipping address on an order once it’s placed. Once your order ships, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to update your address. Yes, unless you order furniture, rugs, pillows, personalized stationery, bedding, loungewear, and/or wallpaper. These items will ship separately from any additional items in your order. Rugs and pillows are excluded from free shipping and have a shipping fee based on price and/or quantity. Any of these items will ship directly from our partner Loloi, and will arrive separately and receive a separate tracking email from other items in your order. Each rug in your order will ship individually and incur its own shipping fee. Rugs and pillows only ship to the United States, US Territories, and Canada. Domestic framed wall art shipping fees are $65 per piece.

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:
1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
2. Reach out to your local post office or FedEx facility.
3. Contact our team at help@riflepaperco.com and include your order number.
Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
Please note, Rifle Paper Co. is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Furniture, pillows, personalized stationery, and framed art prints are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, wallpaper rolls can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for wallpaper return shipping costs. Wallpaper Samples are all final sale. We accept returns for all styles in our sleepwear and swimwear collection within 30 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact for swimwear.

1. Make sure that your order qualifies
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Fabric may be returned if it hasn’t been cut, washed or altered in any way. Swimwear may be returned as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact. Furniture, pillows, personalized orders, wallpaper samples, and items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.

2. Return your order and packing slip

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
3. Await credit
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact help@riflepaperco.com.

A rug crease is usually easily fixed by simply re-rolling the rug tightly on the diagonal, and then letting it sit for a day or two before un-rolling again. We recommend starting in one corner and tightly re-rolling the rug slowly and evenly. If needed, tie a piece of rope around the rug to keep it tightly rolled once done. By doing this 'diagonal' roll it should eliminate the majority of creases. Once laid out flat any remaining creases should also disappear quickly. If they don't, a second rolling from a different corner should do the trick. Occasionally a rug may have a severe crease which will not come out by reverse-rolling, in which case we encourage you to email our team at help@riflepaperco.com for additional assistance.
Shedding is a normal process on almost all rugs, especially on wool rugs as the shorter staple wool becomes undone when the rug is first walked on and used. We recommend vacuuming on a regular basis, including flipping the rug over to vacuum the back of the rug to help this process. With proper care, the shedding process only lasts for a short period of time, and then becomes very minimal.
Sprouting is also a normal process on many rugs. It occurs when a strand or fiber becomes loose and sticks above the rest of the fibers. If not handled quickly, walking on that fiber will cause it to sprout or blossom and stand out even more. Simply pull the loose thread up with a small amount of pressure, and then take a small pair of scissors and snip the thread even with the top of the pile (do not dig down into the pile.) This will not damage the rug in any way.
The stitching on the edges of printed rugs can fray due to vacuuming and normal wear and tear. To fix, simply cut the frayed thread close to the pile of the rug, without pulling on it.
While our printed rugs score very highly for sunlight protection, some fading will inevitably occur. It will begin to slightly fade once exposed to a certain amount of sunlight and foot traffic. There are a few techniques which can delay the process, such as rotating the rug to keep the wear and sun exposure as even as possible, keeping out of direct sunlight, and drawing shades when possible.
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean sponge or cloth. For everyday maintenance, use a vacuum cleaner with no beater bar, or set the beater bar to the highest pile setting with the lowest power setting. Professional cleaning is recommended to maximize the rug's longevity, and rug pads are recommended for use on hard floors to prevent slipping and wear. Limit sunlight exposure to prevent fading and discoloration.
We strongly advise working with a professional to clean your rug, and do not have any recommended cleaning solutions to do this process at home beyond the care instructions for regular spills. We do not recommend using a washing machine for any of our rugs.
Our indoor/outdoor rugs are treated to be able to withstand some exposure to the elements, but still will be affected by exposure to sun and water over time. Our Monstera and Terracotta printed rugs are made with UV resistant inks and are treated to be mold and mildew resistant. Our Jacquard rugs are also printed with UV resistant inks. If your outdoor space is covered, or your rug will not be exposed to anything beyond a light rainfall, it should be fine. We recommend hanging rugs to dry to maintain the integrity of the construction over long-term use. Rugs not marked for outdoor use should not be used outdoors.
We do not recommend any of our rugs for use in the bathroom, since humid conditions and lack of ventilation would not allow them to dry properly. Our rugs would be appropriate for a powder room.
These rug collections are OEKO-TEX certified: Amelie, Fiore, Holland, Kismet, Laurel, Maison, Meadow, Menagerie, Perennial, and Rosa.
Please note that while we try to make sure the photos on our website are as accurate as possible for each item, some slight variance in color shades are normal for our rugs and pillows, due to the color dye process for specific production runs. 1. Determine your square footage. To do this, measure the width of the walls and add them together. Then measure the height of your walls. Multiply the total width of your walls by the height. This will give you the total square footage. *Note: If your room has walls of varying heights, calculate the area (width x height) of each wall individually and add them together. Then proceed with steps 2 and 3.
2. For each standard door subtract 17 from the square footage. (For any other size door, subtract the area of the door from the total square footage).
3. Divide the total square footage by 42.

We always think it’s best to order extra rolls to account for trimming or mistakes. Unopened rolls can be returned, and leftover paper can be used for lining drawers or other projects.
Most of our wallpaper rolls are 27 inches wide and 27 feet long, covering an area of 60.75 square feet.
Grasscloth rolls are 36 inches wide, 24 feet long, and cover an area of 72 square feet.
Wall murals are 66.5 inches wide total, split into two panels of 33.25 inches each. They are 134.4 inches long, and cover an area of 62.07 square feet.
Peel & stick wallpaper rolls are 27 inches wide and 20 feet long, covering an area of 45 square feet.
Primrose Peel & stick wallpaper rolls are 20.5 inches wide and 20 feet long, covering an area of 34.17 square feet.
Peel & stick wall murals are 9 feet wide total, split into four panels of 27 inches each. They are 10 feet long, and cover an area of 90 square feet.
We do not recommend putting wallpaper over any kind of textured wall as we cannot guarantee that it will adhere properly and the texture won’t show through. We suggest they install a wall liner first. A wall liner is designed to use on a textured wall prior to wallcovering installation to create a smooth surface for the wallcovering to adhere to.
We recommend hiring a professional to install your wallpaper. If you’d like to install wallpaper yourself, our partner York Wallcoverings has some helpful resources available.
For traditional unpasted wallpaper, reference this How-To, and answers to some frequently asked questions. For peel & stick wallpaper, reference these instructions. We recommend plain warm water and a clean sponge or cloth to wash the walls prior to installing our peel and stick wallpaper to remove any dust or dirt particles that may be present. Walls should be air dried thoroughly before proceeding with the installation. We do not recommend towel drying walls after washing, as small fibers may be left on the surface and prevent the adhesive from sticking properly. If the walls are not cleaned properly prior to installation, this will compromise the adhesion of the wallpaper.

The pattern “match” refers to the placement strips of wallpaper to create the correct horizontal repeat, as the pattern matches from strip to strip.
A Drop Match is when the design runs diagonal from the ceiling. The panels are staggered so only every other strip is lined up at the ceiling line.
A Straight Match is when the pattern moves straight across one wallpaper panel to the next. Each panel is hung at the ceiling line.
A Random Match is when no matter how you position the wallpaper next to the previous panel, the pattern matches up.
Due to the print techniques used to create our wallpaper, exact color matching might not be possible across different print runs. Each time a color of a wallpaper pattern is run by a wallpaper press, it’s given a Run or Lot number. It’s recommended to complete your job with only wallpaper from the same run number for an exact color match. For this reason, we suggest you order extra rolls at the beginning of your project and return any unopened rolls.
If you need additional rolls to complete a job, please contact us to see if the pattern is available with the same run number you used previously. If that is not possible, keep the new run number on a single wall to avoid color variations on strips hung side by side.
We have both! The majority of our wallpaper is traditional unpasted paper that requires adhesive. For all non woven substrates, apply the wallpaper paste to the wall. For all unpasted paper and grasscloth wallcoverings, apply the wallpaper paste to the paper. We also have a smaller selection of peel & stick wallpapers that do not require adhesive.
Most Rifle Paper Co. wallpapers are classified as washable or extra-washable. Remove water-soluble stains and dirt with a damp cloth or sponge. Use only soapy water to clean, and avoid all abrasive cleaning agents. Do not rub or scrub the surface, or use brushes to clean.
Grasscloth wallcoverings are not washable. To clean, dust the surface with a dry paper towel or lightly vacuum. Do not clean with water. Grasscloth wallcoverings are not suitable for high-humidity rooms such as bathrooms or kitchens.
