Orders placed through IvyStone or Faire ship within 5-7 business days. Tracking information, along with your invoice, will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Central Florida by commercial carrier (Fedex) unless otherwise specified. The customer will be responsible for paying all shipping and freight costs relating to your orders. Freight charges are applied to the invoice and charged at time of shipping.
