Holiday Shipping Cutoffs (Arrive by 12/24)
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our fulfillment center as soon as possible on the following business day.
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.
Orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Maitland, FL with the exception of personalized, made-to-order, or drop shipped products. Processing times for these products vary and are outlined below.

If expedited shipping is selected at checkout for these products, your order will ship with expedited shipping after the processing times outlined above.
Furniture, rugs, pillows, bedding, loungewear, select table linens, kindle cases, and wallpaper ship to the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada only at this time.

To To help accommodate returns for gifts purchased during the holidays, we will accept returns up to 60 days from the date the item is received. Unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Furniture, pillows, hair accessories, personalized stationery, and framed art prints are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, wallpaper rolls can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Customers are responsible for wallpaper return shipping costs. Wallpaper Samples are all final sale. We accept returns for all styles in our loungewear collection within 30 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.
Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If a return exception is made for an order past 30 days, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.
