Yes, a valid email address is required to shop the sale. You will be opted into our email list by entering the sale and can unsubscribe at anytime in the footer of any email.

What products are included in the online Sidewalk Sale?
These are first quality products that are on sale for a limited time at a special price. 

Will your non-Sidewalk Sale products be on sale?
Other items on the site will be full price. 

Is there a limit on how many items you can purchase?
No, we hope you have fun stocking up!

Can I use a promotional code on my online Sidewalk Sale purchase?
Promotional codes, including our welcome and birthday offers, do not apply to online Sidewalk Sale purchases. 

Are all sales final?
Yes, all online sidewalk sale products are final sale and non-returnable. Please keep this in mind when considering these items for gifts!

Am I eligible for a price adjustment if I recently purchased an item included in the sale?
None of the items included in the sale are eligible for price adjustments regardless of time of purchase.

How much is shipping during the sale?
During the sale, ground shipping within the U.S. is a flat rate of $5. All items on the site during the sale will be eligible for $5 flat rate shipping except rugs, pillows, and furniture which are excluded from this shipping promotion.

While new items may be added, items may also sell out!

Cleaning Procedures: We are regularly sanitizing frequently touched surfaces, door handles, and restrooms.

Employee Health: We’re requiring employees who have symptoms of COVID-19 to self-quarantine per CDC guidelines.

Customer Health: Please do not shop with us if you’re feeling unwell, displaying any illness symptoms, or have recently been in contact with a COVID-19 positive case.

Occupancy Limits: We may need to limit the number of customers in the store at times, this may mean we’ll have customers wait in a line outside the store.

Cashless / Contactless Checkout: As a safety precaution, we are not accepting cash payments at this time and will only be offering digital receipts at checkout.

At our storefront which is located at our studio at 558 W New England Avenue, Suite 150, in Winter Park, FL.

What products are included in the Sidewalk Sale?
Products that have minor flaws or imperfections that don’t pass our quality assurance standards and clearance products are included in the sale. 

Will your non-Sidewalk Sale products be on sale?
Yes! The entire store will be 15% off, and sidewalk sale products will be priced as marked.

Is there a limit on how many items you can purchase?
No, we hope you have fun stocking up!

Are all sales final?
Yes, all sidewalk sale products are considered final sale and non-returnable.

Where do I park?
There is a parking lot across the street from our studio, as well as a nearby garage and street parking available.

Will you be accepting cash?
No, the sale will be cashless for contactless payment. We accept all major credit cards and Apple pay.

Are you providing paper receipts?
No, we will only be able to provide receipts via text or email during the sale.

Are you able to hold items in advance or during the sale?
Due to the sale being for a limited time, we aren’t able to hold items in advance of or during the sale.

Am I able to purchase sidewalk sale items over the phone or online?
Not at this time, but we would love for you to visit us in-person in the future.

Will you have multiple registers for checkout?
Yes! We’ll have four checkout stations to help the line move as quickly as possible.

Are you limiting the number of customers able to shop at one time?
We may need to limit the number of customers in the store at times, this may mean we’ll have customers wait in a line outside the store.
