Sidewalk Sale FAQ

When is the Sidewalk Sale?
Thursday, July 29 - Saturday, July 31, from 10a - 5p.

Where is the Sidewalk Sale?
At our storefront which is located at our studio at 558 W New England Avenue, Suite 150, in Winter Park, FL.

What products are included in the Sidewalk Sale?
Products that have minor flaws or imperfections that don’t pass our quality assurance standards are included in the sale.

Will your non-Sidewalk Sale products be on sale?
Yes! The entire store will be 15% off, and sidewalk sale products will be priced as marked.

Is there a limit on how many items you can purchase?
No, we hope you have fun stocking up!

Are all sales final?
Yes, all sidewalk sale products are considered final sale and non-returnable.

Where do I park?
There is a parking lot across the street from our studio, as well as a nearby garage and street parking available.

What’s the best day to shop at the sale?
We’ll be adding new products to the sale each day, so you’ll get “first pick” any of the three days!

Will you be accepting cash?
No, the sale will be cashless for contactless payment. We accept all major credit cards and Apple pay.

Are you providing paper receipts?
No, we will only be able to provide receipts via text or email during the sale.

Is there a gift with purchase?
Yes! You’ll receive a free sidewalk sale fabric journal with a $50 purchase, one per customer. These will be available at the register for you, no need to pick up while shopping!

Are you able to hold items in advance or during the sale?
Due to the sale being for a limited time, we aren’t able to hold items in advance of or during the sale.

Am I able to purchase sidewalk sale items over the phone or online?
Not at this time, but we would love for you to visit us in-person in the future.

Will you have multiple registers for checkout?
Yes! We’ll have four checkout stations to help the line move as quickly as possible.

Are masks required to shop?
No, we just ask that non-vaccinated adult customers wear masks while in the shop.

Are you limiting the number of customers able to shop at one time?
We may need to limit the number of customers in the store at times, this may mean we’ll have customers wait in a line outside the store.

Safety Guidelines and Procedures

Cleaning procedures: We are regularly sanitizing frequently touched surfaces, door handles, and restrooms.

Masks: All employees and non-vaccinated adult customers must be wearing masks while in the shop.

Employee health: We’re requiring employees who have symptoms of COVID-19 to self-quarantine per CDC guidelines.

Customer health: Please do not shop with us if you’re feeling unwell, displaying any illness symptoms, or have recently been in contact with a COVID-19 positive case.

Occupancy limits: We may need to limit the number of customers in the store at times, this may mean we’ll have customers wait in a line outside the store.

Cashless / contactless checkout: As a safety precaution, we are not accepting cash payments at this time and will only be offering digital receipts at checkout.
