- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna financing and Rifle Paper Co. gift cards. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Rifle Paper Co. issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.
- When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Maitland, FL with the exception of personalized, made-to-order, or drop shipped products. Processing times for these products vary and are outlined below.
Expedited orders placed before 1pm EST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the following business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our fulfillment center as soon as possible on the following business day.
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.

If your order includes an item marked pre-order, fabric, or framed art prints, the remainder of your order will be held until all items are ready to ship. If expedited shipping is selected at checkout for these products, your order will ship with expedited shipping after the processing times outlined above.
Orders including personalized stationery will be split shipped. Once completed by our design team, your personalized stationery will ship separately from the other items in your order.
Furniture, swimwear, rugs, pillows, and wallpaper ship to the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada only at this time.

- What is your return policy?
- Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Furniture, pillows, personalized stationery, and framed art prints are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, wallpaper rolls can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for wallpaper return shipping costs. Wallpaper Samples are all final sale. We accept returns for all styles in our sleepwear and swimwear collection within 30 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact for swimwear.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
