- When should I place my order to receive by Christmas?
- Shipping time varies by selected shipping method and item ordered. All international orders need to be placed by 12PM EST on 11/24 to receive by 12/24 pending any unforeseen carrier delays.
Fabric orders should be placed by 12PM EST on 11/24 to receive by 12/24 pending any unforeseen carrier delays.
Rug, pillow, and wallpaper orders should be placed by 12PM EST on 12/9 to receive by 12/24 pending any unforeseen carrier delays.
All other orders need to be placed by the following dates to receive by 12/24:
Ground Shipping 12PM ET on 12/18 2-Day Shipping 12PM ET on 12/21 Overnight Shipping 11PM ET on 12/22
- How much does shipping cost?
- We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50, after discounts and prior to sales tax, shipping to the continental U.S. Furniture, rugs, and pillows are excluded from free shipping and have a shipping fee based on price and/or quantity. Shipping rates for orders under $50, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.
- When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders will be processed and shipped in 5-10 business days from our warehouse in Maitland, FL with the exception of personalized, made-to-order, or drop shipped products. Processing times for these products vary and are outlined below.
Expedited orders placed before 12pm EST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the following business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our fulfillment center as soon as possible on the following business day.
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.

If your order includes an item marked pre-order or fabric, the remainder of your order will be held until all items are ready to ship. If expedited shipping is selected at checkout for these products, your order will ship with expedited shipping after the processing times outlined above.
Orders including personalized stationery will be split shipped. Once completed by our design team, your personalized stationery will ship separately from the other items in your order.
Furniture, swimwear, rugs, pillows, and wallpaper ship to the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada only at this time.

- What is the cut-off time for expedited shipping?
- Please note expedited orders are sent same day as long as the order is placed by 12PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Wallpaper orders placed before 12PM ET with expedited shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. If the order is placed after 12PM EST with expedited shipping, it will ship within 2-3 business days.
Please note, we are unable to ship wallpaper samples, furniture, swimwear and cover-ups with expedited shipping.
- Do you deliver on Saturdays?
- At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can further assist you.
- Do you offer international shipping?
- We offer FedEx international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Rifle Paper Co. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. At this time, we are only able to ship furniture, swimwear, cover-ups, wallpaper, rugs and pillows to the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada.
- Do you ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO addresses?
- Yes! Our team ships orders, excluding furniture, pillows, rugs, and wallpaper, to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS or FedEx SmartPost.
- Am I able to change the address on an order?
- We’re unable to change the shipping address on an order once it’s placed. Once your order ships, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to update your address. For orders shipped via FedEx, you can update your address by following the steps here. For orders shipped via USPS, you can update your address by following the steps here. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- Will my entire order ship together?
- Yes, unless you order furniture, rugs, pillows, personalized stationery, wallpaper and/or swimwear. These items will ship separately from any additional items in your order. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. You will only be charged for the shipping fee quoted during checkout.
If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

- I placed two orders and would like to combine them. Is that possible?
- At this time it is not possible to combine separate orders to ship together.
- How much does it cost to ship a rug or pillow?
- Each rug in your order will ship individually and incur its own shipping fee. Rugs and pillows only ship to the United States, US Territories, and Canada. All rugs and pillows require a signature upon delivery. Domestic pillow shipping fees are $10 for one pillow, $15 for two or more, and $40 for the floor pillow. Domestic rug shipping fees are:
