Payment, Promos, and Gifting

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna financing and Rifle Paper Co. gift cards. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Rifle Paper Co. issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?
The billing address you are using may not match the billing address tied to your card. Please be sure to check that the billing address is correct and try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter.
How do I use a promo code?
Promo codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labeled “Promo Code,” which can be located by expanding the “Add Promo Code” box under your Order Summary on the right side of your shopping bag, then click “Apply.” Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes do not apply to gift cards, bedding, loungewear or samples.
Where can I use my gift card?
At this time, only digital gift cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed at our Winter Park storefront and online at You can check your gift card balance on this page.

Existing physical gift cards are still valid and may only be redeemed online at If you have misplaced your gift card, please reach out to [email protected] and our team will be happy to look into it for you.

To redeem online, enter the gift card code in the box labeled “Gift Card,” which can be located by expanding the “Add Gift Card” box under your Order Summary on the right side, then click “Apply.” Only one gift card may be applied per order.
Do you offer e-gift cards?
Digital gift cards can be found here and you can check your gift card balance on this page.
Do you offer gift wrap?
We are unable to offer gift wrapping services at this time. However, you are welcome to include a gift note and gift receipt with your order by entering your own personal message in the box labeled “Add Gift Message?” under your order summary on the right side of your shopping bag. Please note, pricing information is omitted from all packing slips so orders arrive gift-ready. We are not able to include gift messages with rug, pillow, furniture, sleepwear, swimwear or wallpaper orders at this time. Once an order is placed, we are unable to add a gift note to it. If you would like assistance adding a gift note to your order prior to placing it, please drop us a note at [email protected] so we can do so.

Are there any exclusions during site wide sales?
Yes. Wallpaper samples, fabric samples, bedding, loungewear and gift cards are excluded from site wide promotions.
Are there any exclusions from your email or SMS welcome offer?
Yes. Wallpaper, wallpaper samples, furniture, fabric samples, bedding, loungewear, rugs, pillows, framed wall art and gift cards are excluded from the welcome offer.
