Refund policy

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 60 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Furniture, pillows, personalized stationery, and framed art prints are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, wallpaper rolls can be returned within 60 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for wallpaper return shipping costs. Wallpaper Samples are all final sale. We accept returns for all styles in our sleepwear collection within 60 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If a return exception is made for an order past 60 days, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.
