I live about 50 miles from Cape Cod. I vacation there every summer. When I bought my townhouse , I knew I wanted my dining room Cape Cod inspired and found this absolutely gorgeous hydrangea picture on the Rifle and Paper company. It's so unique and quite the conversation piece! It's gorgeously textured, matted and framed. It's a statement piece. It exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny!
I loved the two wall art pieces but sadly returned them because the matting and frame were more in the pinkish beige color family rather than the more golden tan color as the picture shows. Wish I could've used them as they really make a statement.
Got this to put in my plant room/living room. I've been looking specifically for the black background with floral art so this was perfect. The "painting" is on a piece of black cloth and the sown-in beads add a nice touch. The frame is good quality.
A couple issues I had with the piece - the glass was very dirty/dusty so I had to wipe it down before hanging it up. The cloth material also bunches up a little and is not perfectly flat across the entire art piece. It's not very obvious but you can tell if you look closely. Not a big deal, though.
I got this during a recent sale and despite the minor flaws, it was well worth it since I've been looking for this type of style for a while. Fast shipping and item was not harmed during shipping.
