These placemats are great quality and absolutely beautiful.

I bought 8 of these placemats. They are gorgeous and fit perfectly in our dining room. They are not laminated but have a matte surface with shiny gold paint. But a month later the gold paint is wiping off (I only wipe with a damp cloth as directed).

If I had known the gold rubs off, I would not have bought these. But otherwise, they are sturdy.

These are super cute, work great, and clean up easily , but the gold diamond printing wipes off just using water.
