Cotton Quilt

I can’t believe I paid $347 for a piece of fabric with designs printed on it. This is sold as a quilt but it’s not a quilt. It’s a blanket and a weird one at that. The design looks ok from across the room but once you get up close you realize it’s just designs printed on the material. It’s like something you would find in a clearance bin at tjmaxx for $20, which is about what it’s worth. There’s nothing special about it, it’s not even nice material. It’s literally just a bedsheet with a design printed on it with another plain bedsheet on the other side and quilt batting in between. There’s no pretty quilting (quilting is the way the layers of a quilt are sewn together, this isn’t, it’s just tacked together in a few places so it won’t fall apart). This product is just bad, it’s stunningly bad. I can’t believe a company like this would sell a product this cheaply made and just plain awful - not to mention ridiculously overpriced for the basic blanket (not quilt) that it is.

I was so excited to receive this quilt, but the excitement quickly disappeared when I unpacked it. The description says “hand stitching”, which one would assume is the embroidery. There is absolutely no embroidery or appliqué on this quilt. All of the flowers and bordering are images that are printed on the quilt! It is extremely overpriced and not worth the money. This will be returned. If you are a lover of quilts, you will be horribly disappointed, so don’t waste your money.

I have had trouble finding a good blanket to go over my king duvet + cover. For some reason many king duvets fit weird or too small over king beds - but this quilt changed everything! It’s so large, and drapes over

Every side of the bed in just the right way. It’s cozy, it’s quaint, I’m in love.
