First— I still love the pattern. The rug is soft and seems well made. However, the colors are NOT as pictured online. There is a silver sheen causing the charcoal color to seem purple and all the colors are muted, almost to the point of being pastel. Overall, disappointing, but the pattern is still pleasing and I will keep the rug.

One of my most disappointing purchases ever. I know online you can't always expect colors to be completely accurate, but I'm shocked that a company that is usually so fantastic would allow their product to be so misrepresented. This rug is presented as a true charcoal, verging on black, with pops of lightly saturated, warm colors. When I opened my rug I was sure I was sent the wrong color, but the tag on the back confirms. The charcoal has a silver/bluish tinge that makes the rug completely cool toned, it's blue! Still pretty I suppose but absolutely not the vibe or color scheme I was going for. The colors on the rug are also extremely muted and more pastel. Shame on you Rifle.

It is a beautiful design but it has a silver sheen overall which I'm not a fan of. I wish the charcoal was as saturated as seen in the images on the website!
