    Great Birthday Banner to Celebrate any age!

    We used this banner to celebrate my Aunt's 99th Birthday. She loved the beautiful colors and the sentiment! We coordinated it with the balloons, plates and cups. We used the banner and balloons to take pictures with each of the family. Beautiful Memories. Thanks Rifle Paper Company!

    This is just like what you get at the dollar store expect with Garden Party print. I’ll be passing it along to someone else as it’s not what I want at my 70TH birthday party.
