The rug is beautiful! It is a bit lighter and brighter than the image shows but we love it just the same. The gold details add an elegant feel. It is low profile, which is what we wanted. It is also very soft to the touch.

The design on the rug is gorgeous however coloring is lighter than depicted in the picture. It seems as though the rug has a sheen to it which makes the rug present lighter.
