Pros: Arrived promptly, and the pattern is very pretty! The charcoal is much lighter in person, but the colors are more vibrant, as said in another review. Cons: Calling this a rug and saying it has a "low pile" is disingenuous if not deliberating misleading. This is not a rug, this is a flat woven piece of fabric for your floor. It is very thin and feels cheap. I bought it on sale and still feel like I way over paid for what this is. Usually I am very happy with the quality of Rifle products, so I am very surprised by how truly inferior this item is.

Arrived on time, well packaged and in good condition. It is more vibrant than photos depict. My only small complaint. Online colours are tricky, I know.
I wish I ordered the larger size, but the good ol' internet suggested this size for queen bed. Very little rug on each side. Not a vendor issue.
