Quilted Journal

I have had the liberty of not having to buy as it was gifted to me by my friend. The paper is so nice and smooth when writing with any of my pens. Like the other reviews says, it is a little thicker than expected but who doesnt like the extra pages and I like carrying a nice hefty book around. The quilted cover is going to be so useful afterwards as I will use it for any of my books that I grab on the run.

I do mostly write with a fine nibbed fountain pen so when I was testing out the paper and there was a little bit of bleed through, which I do not like, and a tiny bit of feathering if you look close enough.

All to say, I am a bit more superficial than quality of paper. I would not recommend this book as a fountain pen friendly book, which they have not stated if they were or werent, to journal but definitely a beautiful, hefty book that will last you quite a while.
