It all starts with a painting. Our co-founder Anna Bond uses gouache, an opaque water color, to create original artwork that becomes our signature prints and patterns. The book is high quality but the embroidery looks too machine made- not at all like it looks in the picture (hardly raised/3D). I feel like I could’ve bought something similar for $10 at a discount store.
