My hypnotherapist assigned me with some daily journal prompts and I am not one to journal. I wanted something that wasn't super typical - something that was a little more special without breaking the bank. I liked the canvas texture of it and the paper is super great quality. I chose spiral bound because anything else is just annoying, and if I find something annoying I won't use it. I had zero doubts I'd be upset once receiving this and so wasn't at all surprised to love it. I'll be buying from this company again for sure.

Cute notebook, love the pages, perforated to tear out pages cleanly, the only thing I don’t like is the cover is thin cardboard not a hardcover like I thought it would be. But overall I like it a lot because of the cute design and textured cover.
