I saw this rug online in early September and was immediately obsessed. It's the type of rug I've always dreamed of having. I placed a pre-order, and it arrived in November. I'm not just happy with it — I'm over the moon! It is so beautiful and made with such quality and thoughtful detail. It's practically perfect in every way. I have received a lot of compliments, and sometimes, I just sit in my chair and stare at it. The scalloped edges are the perfect finishing touch. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
This rug is beautiful to look at, but the quality is not great. I was very surprised at how thin the rug felt when I unrolled it, and the disappointment continued when I discovered how easily it snags. Within the first few days of having it, it snagged in multiple places, with some of the wool loops pulling completely out. I've owned wool hooked rugs in the past and not had the issues I've had with this rug. I don't recommend using this rug in a room with any amount of foot traffic or allowing pets on it. I'm very concerned about vacuuming it for fear that more damage will occur. I have the 3'x5' size for my front door, but will be returning it. I don't want to throw away more money on a rug that I know will be destroyed in a short period of time. Again, beautiful to look at, but it is not durable in any way, shape, or form.
