We offer international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Rifle Paper Co. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. At this time, we are only able to ship tech accessories, personalized stationery, furniture, wallpaper, bedding, loungewear, bath, rugs, pillows, woven blankets, and framed wall art to the United States.

To To help accommodate returns for gifts purchased during the holidays, we will accept returns up to 60 days from the date the item is received. Unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Furniture, pillows, hair accessories, personalized stationery, and framed art prints are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed, wallpaper rolls can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Customers are responsible for wallpaper return shipping costs. Wallpaper Samples are all final sale. We accept returns for all styles in our loungewear collection within 30 days as long as the item(s) is/are in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If a return exception is made for an order past 30 days, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.
