How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Please email us if you have any questions about your order. Personalized orders typically ship in about 2–3 weeks from the order date. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 2PM EST.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. If you don’t see your country listed and are interested in placing an order, please email info@riflepaperco.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Florida. For all Florida orders a sales tax of 6.5% does apply.
Is my transaction secure?
We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.
What does captured mean?
Captured means that we authorized the payment on the card that you used upon placing your order.
What is your return and refund policy?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed. Our made to order frames cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there’s a problem with your order please do reach out to our customer service team at help@riflepaperco.com for assistance. Additionally, Paper Crown + Rifle Paper Co. apparel purchased on riflepaperco.com in its original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged) with tags attached may be returned within 15 days of original receipt for a refund. The product I want to order is out of stock.
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case, please feel free to email us about your interest in our products and we'll notify you by email the date the item is expected back in stock.

Personalized Orders

How long does it take to receive personalized orders?
Personalized stationery orders typically ship in about 2-3 weeks from the order date. Please contact if your order is time sensitive. Custom portrait stationery orders may take longer depending on availability.
How does the order process work?
Once you place your personalized order, Britt, our Custom Production Coordinator will contact you to confirm the order and collect any additional information we may need from you (wording, pictures, etc.). Once we have everything we require, your order will be designed and you'll be sent a proof via email. Once you approve the proof, we will send your project to print and you will be notified when it's ready to ship.
Can i use the personalized image from my order for a logo or on my blog, website, etc.?
All digital images used during the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of Rifle, Inc. and cannot be used for personal logo design or reproduction outside of Rifle Paper Co. All illustrations (custom and template) are copyright Rifle, Inc. and may not be reused without permission.
Can I reorder without paying for custom art again?
Yes! We have a reorder option in our stationery section just for you. Please try to have the order number from your original order on hand. If you happen to have misplaced it, let us know the name of the person who placed the order, or the email address associated with the original order.
Will I see a proof?
Customers for personalized orders will typically receive their proofs approximately one week from confirmation of wording and design details.
What if i need to cancel my personalized order?
After placing your personalized order we will email you to confirm the details. Once you confirm everything is correct, your order is non-refundable. Please note that upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.

Are you available for custom work?
As well as being a brand we also act as a custom design studio and are available to take on custom design and illustration work on a limited basis. Please email us about your project and someone will get back to you shortly. Some of our recent clients include InStyle, Real Simple, Chronicle Books, Penguin Books, BHLDN, and Anthropologie.
