What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Rifle Paper Co. gift cards issued in USD. Only one card may be applied per order.
What type of operating system and browser do I need to shop on the Rifle Paper Co. website?
We continually test our site on new versions of browsers and do our best to offer the smoothest experience on the most up-to-date versions of all browsers and platforms. If you are experiencing issues with your browser of choice we kindly suggest clearing your cookies, or try using a different browser. If you continue to experience problems, please reach out to help@riflepaperco.com or give us a call at 407-622-7679 and our customer service team will be more than happy to help you place your order.
If I place an order, when will I be charged?

Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Rifle Paper Co. issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Florida. For all orders placed within the state of Florida, a sales tax of 6.5% does apply.
Is my transaction secure?
We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal information (especially your name, address, and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.
Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?
This is likely happening because the billing address you are using does not match the billing address tied to your card. Please make sure to double check that the billing address is correct, and then try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.
How do I use a promo code?
Promo codes may be entered during the COUPON CODE step in the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click CONTINUE. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed online at riflepaperco.com or at our flagship location in Winter Park, FL. To redeem online, simply enter the code found on the back of the card in the box provided during the PAYMENT METHOD step in the checkout process. Only one gift card may be applied per order.
I lost my gift card. Can you issue a replacement?
Please reach out to help@riflepaperco.com and we will be happy to look into this for you!
Do you offer gift wrap?
We are unable to offer gift-wrapping services at this time. However, you are welcome to include a handwritten gift message with your order by checking the box labeled THIS ORDER IS A GIFT during the SHIPPING METHOD step in the checkout process and entering your own personal message in the box provided.
The product I want to order is out of stock. How can I be notified if/when the product will be back in stock?
Please email help@riflepaperco.com and kindly let us know what product you are interested in. Our team will be more than happy to pass along any information they have regarding stock, and if/when it will be back on our site.
Can Rifle Paper Co. assist my company with gift giving and bulk orders?
You are welcome to email help@riflepaperco.com with the details of your event or bulk order and our team will respond to you shortly regarding your request.
Can I find your products locally?
Our goods are carried in stores all around the world. Please take a look at our stockists page for more information.
Where is your flagship location and when is it open?
Our flagship store is located in the quaint Hannibal Square district of Winter Park, Florida. The address is 558 W. New England Avenue, Suite 150. We are open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and from 10am to 5pm on Saturday. The shop carries our entire Rifle Paper Co. collection as well as carefully curated gifts from other designers and brands we love.
What are your operating hours?
Our amazing team is busy working hard assembling products, fulfilling orders, brainstorming new product ideas, and answering your questions Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm EST. We do not ship any orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Do you observe any holidays throughout the year?
Rifle Paper Co. will be closed on the following days in observance of the holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please note, depending on when these holidays fall throughout the year we may be closed additional days other than those listed.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

When can I expect my order to ship?
All orders will ship from our fulfillment facility within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered within the US and anywhere from 8-24 business days for international orders depending on the selected shipping method.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Please email our customer service team at help@riflepaperco.com and they will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.
If I order Hygge & West wallpaper with other items from your website, will they all ship together?
No, your Hygge & West wallpaper will ship separately from the additional items you ordered and you will receive two separate tracking emails for each shipment. If you have any questions regarding the status of your Hygge & West order, please contact us at help@riflepaperco.com and a member of our team will get back to you shortly.
If I order a framed art print with other items from your website, will they all ship together?
No, your framed art print will ship separately from the additional items you ordered and you will receive two separate tracking emails for each shipment. If you have any questions regarding the status of your framed art print, please contact us at help@riflepaperco.com and a member of our team will get back to you shortly.
If items in my order ship separately, will I be charged extra shipping costs?
No, you will not incur any additional shipping costs and will only be charged the amount you were quoted during the checkout process.
What is Rifle Paper Co.'s return policy?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed. Paper Crown + Rifle Paper Co. apparel purchased on riflepaperco.com in its original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with tags attached) may be returned within 15 days of original receipt for a refund. Please see original tags for details.
Are customized frames eligible for returns?
Our made-to-order frames cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there’s a problem with your order please reach out to our customer service team at help@riflepaperco.com and they will be happy to assist you.
If I mail a return, when will I be refunded?
Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the original method of payment in approximately 1-3 business days.
Can my return be refunded in the form of a gift card?
At this time, gift cards are not an option for refunds and all refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If you are returning an item that was gifted to you, please contact help@riflepaperco.com and our customer service team will be happy to help you.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Rifle Paper Co. is happy to offer price adjustments based on the following conditions:
  • Price adjustments for sale merchandise can only be made within 7 days of your order being placed.
  • If you received free shipping with your original purchase, that amount will be deducted from your price adjustment unless free shipping was also offered during the time of sale.
  • We will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. Gift cards are not an option at this time.

Custom Services

How does the order process work?
Once you place your personalized order on riflepaperco.com, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your details. Once you confirm your details and approve your proofs, your order is non-refundable and will ship in about 2–3 weeks from your order date.
How long does it take to receive personalized orders?
Personalized stationery orders typically ship in about 2–3 weeks from the order date. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive. Custom portrait stationery orders may take longer depending on availability.
If I order other products from the Rifle Paper Co. website in addition to my personalized items, will everything ship together?
No, your personalized items will ship separately from the additional items you ordered and you will receive two separate tracking emails for each shipment. If you have any questions regarding the status of your personalized order, please contact us at help@riflepaperco.com and a member of our team will get back to you shortly.
Will I see a proof before my items are printed and mailed to me?
Yes, customers ordering any of our personalized items will typically receive their proofs approximately one week from the final confirmation of wording and design details. Once your order is confirmed, your order is non-refundable.
Can I reorder personalized items without paying for custom art again?
Yes! We have a reorder option available in our personalized section on our website. Please try to have your original order number on hand when a representative contacts you to confirm your details. If you happen to have misplaced your original order number, let us know the name of the person or the email address associated with the original order.
What if I need to cancel my personalized order?
After placing your personalized order, we will email you to confirm the details. Once you confirm your details, your order is non-refundable and may not be canceled.
Are my personalized items eligible for returns?
Upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any errors (such as misspelled words or incorrect information etc.). By approving your final proofs, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval and you wish to reprint, we are required to charge you for services rendered.
Can I use the personalized images from my order for a logo or artwork on my blog, website, etc.?
All digital images used during the proofing process are sole property and copyright of Rifle, Inc. and cannot be used for personal logo design or reproduction outside of Rifle Paper Co. All illustrations (custom and template) are copyright of Rifle, Inc. and may not be reused without permission. If you have any further questions, please email us at help@riflepaperco.com.
Do you offer wedding invitations?
Yes, we offer a full range of personalized wedding invitations! Please email wedding@riflepaperco.com for a catalog and more information. At this time, we offer wedding invitations by request and with limited availability.
Are you available for custom projects?
As well as being a brand, we also act as a custom design studio and are available to take on custom design and illustration work on a limited basis. Please email us at help@riflepaperco.com with details about your project and someone will get back to you shortly. Some of our recent clients include InStyle, Real Simple, Penguin Books, Chronicle Books, BHLDN, and Anthropologie.
